Manufacturing Process

 

We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.

 

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.

 

To ensure the quality, we have professional technicians to check the pole during the manufacturing and before delivery.

 

We use sack to pack the poles at the pole top and bottom, which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but it costs just a bit more than normal package. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
