Brief Introduction of Philippines 15KV Nea Standard Steel Poles
Philippines 15KV Nea Standard Steel Poles, set by the National Electrification Administration (NEA), are crucial for the country's power distribution. These poles, usually 25 - 45 feet tall, are octagonal and made of ASTM A572 steel (equivalent to Q355B in China) with 2.5 - 4.0 mm thickness.

They are hot - dip galvanized according to ASTM A123 standard, with a minimum average zinc coating of 86 microns, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. Some poles are also black tar painted at the burial part for extra protection. These poles, either one - segment or two - segment, are widely used in 15KV transmission lines across the Philippines. They are designed to bear loads from 300 kgf to 750 kgf, adapting to different environmental and electrical requirements.
