Manufacturing and Test Machines

We own advanced production line and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shearing machine, shearing machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All for the sake of our customers.

Hot-dip galvanization

Our hot dip galvanization is in accordance with ASTM A123 and the minimum zinc coating is 86 microns on average.

Tetsing

Our factory can do the steel raw material thickness test, galvanization thickness test, load test and lab test as required.

Delivery

* We have various packing to meet your requirement.
1. No packing, just bare poles to be delivered directly. This is the most economic way.
2. Sack wrap.
3. Non-woven fabrics wrap.
* We normally use 40ft container and our Port limit for 40ft container is 26Ton.

* If poles are with flange or in order to avoid any scratch while delivery, we will use 40ft open top container, which costs a bit more than the 40ft  container.

*Delivery schedule is based on your quantity. Normally within 30 working days after receiving your deposit. If If the quantity is large enough, then partial delivery is allowed.

Research & Development

We have established a close cooperative relationship with design institutions and companies in the same industrial filed. In order to keep updated, our company takes in advanced design concepts, introduces first-class design softwares domestically and internationally, and also tries to attract high-quality talents as much as possible.

We use the Steel Tubular Design and Drawing System to design the poles and use CAD to do the drawings. The standard is DL / T 646 - 2012.
