1.All of our material are purchased from famous mill factory to assure the quality.
2.A mill certificate issued by the mill factory with stamp and signature must be provided before unload the material in our factory ,otherwise we have our reason to refuse the material.
3.Before put into production ,all the material must pass the chemical and physical analysis to make sure that they have meet the requested strength and component.

|Welding:||we welding the steel poles with auto submerged-arc welding and auto welding with perfect welding line and good quality,we strickly control the test of the welding by the flaw testing with ultrasonic crack detection to make sure there is no crack,undercut,slag inclusion,hole vent for the welding.|
|Hot dip galvanization:||All our products must be hot dip galvanized which can keep the steel poles without rust more than 30 years.Our standard for a good hot dip galvanization steel pole is same color of the zinc coating without dent mark,no exposed iron and hang of zinc of defect. Normally speaking,the thickness of the zinc coating is up to the materials thickness.The thicker the material is, the thicker the zinc coating will be.|
