We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with the best quality.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicians to check the pole during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We use sack to pack the poles at the pole top and bottom, which is our normal package. We also use wood between the poles but it costs just a bit more than normal package. We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.

A: Our factory is located in Industrial Zone No.37, Heqiao Town, Yixing District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China(mainland).

A: Our main products are electric poles, street lighting poles, high mast pole, telecommunication tower poles, traffic signal poles, wind generation poles, etc.
4. What's your nearest port?
A: Shanghai Port is our nearest port. It's only 30 minutes' driving from our factory to Shanghai Port.
5. What's your payment term?
A: Normally 30% deposit and rest by TT before shipping. Or L/C.
6. What's your delivery time?
A: Normally within 15 working days. If our factory is busy and your quantity is large, then around one month.
